Relaxation is key...

I just finished the relaxation exercise and OMG I feel great now!! I feel like I can do anything right now! I am clear and focused on what I am doing and I really do feel all of the things it says to feel! I feel centered and grounded and balanced and loved and confident and I could keep going but I have lots to do!! I am very excited about this and I will do this one again! Even though my doggies kept barking in the back ground and they were all that I could hear in some moments I still really enjoyed it!! It was very easy to follow and I loved the mans voice!

    You do sound energized! I think it is amazing how a relaxation exercise can be energizing and not make us sleepy. It is a great feeling to be relaxed. I have not got to that point yet, but I am working on it! I thought The mans voice was very calming.

    Some of my best work is done when I am relaxed, even hard physical labor.

    When my mind is chaotic, the smallest task feels daunting. I noticed yesterday while riding my bike that the miles were just flying by and even the hills were'nt so difficult. (N. Idaho has LOTS of hills) I realized my mind was in a good "place".

    I can see how athletes use their mind to propell them to great heights.

    OK, I am going to do the exercise now.

    You look very happy in your picture, as does the lucky guy standing behind you. ;-)

    Congrats to you! I had a hard time with this one. The whole visualization just throws me off, I always wonder if I'm doing it right! :) Ok, so your experience inspired me. I'm going to go back and keep trying this. I think it could really help me in other areas so I have to get this down.
